Photiades & Andreou Accountants Ltd was established in 2006 from the two founders Demetris Photiades and Andreas Andreou and has since then offered a comprehensive range of professional services including Accounting and VAT, ViES, social insurances and advanced business consulting.

The company is well established in the town of Larnaca maintaining a very good reputation across all the authorities as well as to its clients. The company has a variety of clients from different industries both local and international.

Demetris Photiades

Demetris graduated from St. Georges Lyceum in 1987. After his Army service in 1989 he immediately joined an accounting/auditing office based in Larnaca. During his employment he managed to become part qualified from ACCA. His 28 years of experience and his involvement in many but also very complex cases with VAT has enriched him with countless knowledge and experience on VAT matters.

Demetris is the managing director of Photiades & Andreou Accountants Ltd and he is responsible for the bookkeeping and VAT services department. Demetris is also expert in capital statements preparation and with tax planning.

Andreas Andreou

Andreas studied ‘Finance, Accounting and Management’ at Nottingham University in England. He graduated in 2006 where he entered into a professional contract with ‘a big four’ company of auditors in Nicosia. He became qualified as Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in 2009. In the same year he also became a member of ‘The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus’.

Andreas is the managing director of the A&P AuditQuality Ltd and the person responsible for the audit and assurance department. He is also in charge of the international tax planning sector with the foreign clients of the office.
