Newzoe Developer’s Inspection Trips offer you the unique chance to experience Cyprus and the genuine lifestyle & hospitality before you choose your new home.
It is an opportunity to meet with you and present you our properties. Furthermore, during the trip you will have the chance to explore some of the island’s fascinating attractions. Each inspection trip will be planned
accordingly. Usually inspection trips last 3, 4 or 5 days depending on your individual property needs.

A typical 4 day inspection trip
Day 1
- Arrival at the airport
- transfer to your accommodation

- Morning: property inspection and site tour
- Lunch break

- Dinner
Day 2
- Morning: a presentation and property consultation

- property inspection and site tour
- Dinner
Day 4
- Morning: Meet the team
- appointment with the legal consultant
- Going through the contract of sale and completion
- Dinner
